The School was established in the late 70's as Newcourt Christian School in Finsbury Park, North London. It was founded by Adrian & Pauline Hawkes who were involved in the local church in that area and were dissapointed with foundation and curriculum of the schooling in the area. Through their pioneering and the work ethics of many of the staff. Newcourt school spread it's wings in the early 80's and raised many solid adults who went on to higher education and successful living.

The School took a few redevelopments over the years, including even using the Rainbow Theatre in Finsbury Park in the mid 90's (see picture on left) and eventually purchased property in the Hornsey area which it still uses to this day.
